2. (a) Paragraph 7 should be subject to paragraph 7 and paragraph 28.

(b) Very unlikely that any grants to the school will be withdrawn from grant-in-aid, but if this should happen and if withdrawal were due to no fault of the teachers concerned, they should receive their own and the Government contributions from Provident Funds. Such cases might be treated on analogy of abolition of office, but without any abolition addition.
